Violas Unite 2023

Join us to celebrate all things viola! Ideal for high school and undergraduate students; amateur players and students of all ages are also welcome at this exciting event. You will meet fellow viola enthusiasts and take part in various workshops, including performing in an all-viola ensemble.

Bring your viola, prepare your part and get ready for an unforgettable experience with the NIU Viola Studio and Anthony Devroye of the Avalon String Quartet!

Check-in begins at 12:30 PM. in the School of Music Concert Hall Lobby. Group warm-up begins at 1:00 PM. There is a scheduled dinner break at 6:00 PM.

There is a $55 event registration fee that includes dinner for the participant. Guests may attend the performance for free, but if they would like to join the participant for dinner, there is a $20 fee per guest meal.
