This specialized program seeks to familiarize first-generation* students and their families with the NIU first-gen student experience. Students will have the opportunity to attend a variety of sessions which introduce college life and personalized presentations that cover on-campus resources for our first-gen students.

*First-Generation means neither of your parent(s) or guardian(s) earned a four-year bachelor's degree.
