NIU Preview Day

Our Preview Day allows you to experience everything NIU has to offer. We’re a fun, welcoming community, and we believe our life-changing education should be accessible to everyone. During our event, you can expect:

• A University welcome and admissions overview presentation
• A resource fair that includes academic departments, student services, and cultural resource centers
• A Q&A panel with current students
• Presentations about financial aid, housing, and transferring to NIU
• Opportunities to tour campus and a residence hall 

Duration

The program begins at 9 am at the Holmes Student Center. Please allow 15 minutes for travel between the check-in location and the main presentation room.

Following the welcome and morning presentations, the rest of the day you can choose your own adventure! Meet department representatives and student service providers, learn about the benefits of being a Huskie, and connect with the rest of our pack!
