    Join NIU School of Music's Professor of Clarinet Gregory Barrett, NIU Graduate conductor Bryan Flippin, and clarinet guest artist Jean-Marc Fessard for a day dedicated to Clarinet players! Throughout the day you will participate in a group warm-up session, masterclasses, Cornucopia Choir rehearsals and concert, and enjoy Jean-Marc Fessard’s recital and the Ensembles Concert. We invite your ensemble of three or more clarinetists to perform.

    Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. in the School of Music Concert Hall Lobby. Warm-up begins at 9:00 a.m. There is a scheduled lunch break at 12:00 p.m. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit any of the surrounding restaurants in DeKalb.

    There is a $20 event registration fee. Please see the form for payment details.

    Registration deadline is March 2. Music PDFs will be sent for Cornucopia Choir parts. Please print and bring your music with you for the event. 

    Please complete all registration form fields that apply. For example, if you are a middle school or high school student, please select "Undergraduate Student" for type of student and complete the following questions to the best of your ability. If you are an adult amateur, teacher, or professional, please select "I am not a student."
