Join us for Preview Day and explore everything NIU has to offer at your own pace. Whether you stay for a while or just drop in, you’ll get a taste of our fun, welcoming community and see how our life-changing education is accessible to everyone. During the event, you can expect

A University welcome and admissions overview presentations available at multiple times throughout the day.
A resource fair that includes academic departments, student services, and cultural resource centers.
A Q&A panel with current students.
Presentations about financial aid, housing, and transferring to NIU.
Opportunities to tour campus and a residence hall.

Parking/Check-in: Complimentary parking is available in lots H, L and K near the Barsema Alumni and Visitors Center (BAVC), 231 N. Annie Glidden Road in DeKalb. Shuttle buses will transport you from the BAVC to our Holmes Student Center. View a campus map and directions to DeKalb.
