- Certificate-seeking and non-degree-seeking graduate students are not eligible for reentry and must submit a new application for admission.
- A previously enrolled degree-seeking student who wishes to change programs must submit a new application for admission.
- If you are attempting to return from an approved leave of absence, please use the Return from Leave of Absence form.
